Challenge
Most whiteboards demand an account before a line is drawn. Yatri Draw had to feel instant: open the URL, draw, zoom, save. Collaboration can wait; the first version is a private canvas that does not lose work on refresh if you stay in the same browser.
Approach
A quiet toolbar, an infinite canvas, local storage, and open/save. No marketing chrome on the board itself. We built for speed and a small toolset people already know from paper: pen, shapes, text, image.
