Challenge
Estate-agent sites bury the offer under filters. LetMe’s advantage is simple: rooms in Dorset, bills included, no deposit with a guarantor, rent paid in-app. That had to be the first screen, with browse and pay as obvious next steps.
Approach
A yellow listings hero states the cities and the terms. Browse Properties and Contact sit in the hero. A second path sends existing tenants to CoHo for rent. We kept the palette loud and the copy short.
