Challenge
A brokerage site has to serve buyers searching listings and agents deciding where to work. FIND needed both audiences served from one homepage, plus neighbourhood guides for markets from Williamsburg to Glastonbury.
Approach
We opened on a full-bleed hero with animated type and a single Find Properties action. Search, neighbourhoods, agents, join, paperwork, and resources sit in the top nav. Neighbourhood pages are server-rendered with Next.js so each market can rank in search.
